My favourite is smoked trout, which we catch… fly fishing from local rivers and I smoke myself
(truchas)

Over the years I have studied Spanish cooking, having worked under a Spanish Chef in Toronto.
unfortunately, my Spanish is not very good.
My father worked in San Sabastian area during the seventies at the steel mill there.

Hi Kizzy,
I just wanted to let you know that many households are having their catering in house…..their homes and condo’s
My work often produces better meals than a top of line restaurant with menus and service suited to client.
Houses today have big kitchens and dinning areas that are not used…clients receive personal service!!

Good Chefs don’t just work in hotels and restaurants or on TV..
