Chef Nicholas

The menus offered include three-course meals, summer and winter bistro menus, and appetizer parties, each with their own pricing and variations. The chef is also happy to recommend wine pairings to complement the food. Additional staff, such as a sous chef, server, or bartender, can be provided upon request for an extra charge.

Tableware and kitchen clean up/set up are also included in the services provided. The chef brings all the necessary equipment and typically spends less than an hour on site for preparation. A travel fee may apply for locations outside of the GTA area.

Clients are encouraged to leave a review on Google to help promote the chef’s services. It is also important to inform the chef of any allergies or special requests beforehand.

Appetizer parties

If you want to hire our services to prepare food for a cocktail party, We handmake our  Appetizers or Hors d Oeuvres and make them fresh for your party. Typically you will pay less than you will for a full multicourse meal Chef Nicholas charges $45 to $65.00 per person plus tax on cocktail parties.

Wine pairings
Chef Nicholas is happy to recommend wine pairings to go with any menu he is preparing for a client, but he does not have a liquor license and cannot resell wine or alcohol, please decide what entrees you would like to eat first!

Extra staff
Depending on your party, if your group is more significant than 9 or 10 people, then chef may need to bring a  Sous chef Patricia with him.
If you would like a formal server or Bartender, we charge at $38.50 hour based on 5 hours plus tax.

If you do not have enough cutlery, tableware or glassware for your party, Chef Nicholas will work with your party details and a local event rental company and bring them to your home on your event. And does not apply a markup on rentals for his clients.

Kitchen Clean up/setup

We take of your Kitchen with a full clean up of your area. We bring all equipment needed; you will  have an Oven in your kitchen, cleaning that too! , We carry all knives and any specialty cookware or tools required, including backup pots and pans. Prep time
.We do most of the preparation on your date day and typically do not need to spend more than an hour in your home.

Travel fees
The chef may charge an additional fee for travel beyond a certain distance. Please let me know your address if out of the GTA area. We do service North Oshawa, Richmond Hill and King City.
