Dear Chef Nick,

Thank you so much for a wonderful evening.  It was a perfect event for my sister’s 50th birthday.  From my initial long-distance contact with you by email, to planning the menu, and then the evening itself, everything was seamless and so well-organized.
The food was fabulous- wonderful hors d’oeuvres (such a great suggestion and allowed the guests to mingle), the absolutely delicious butternut squash soup (my sister, who is picky, is still raving about it) and the wonderful pork tenderloin.  Your potato croquettes were a hit, and sadly not available for left overs the next day! The other leftovers did not last long!
We also thank you for all your help with serving and clean up, even to the point us dusting up a broken lamp and cutting and serving the birthday cake, which we supplied.  All in all, a wonderful evening that you helped make very special.  My sister, and her friends and family, so enjoyed being served in the privacy of her own home.  We would definitely do this again.

Thank you for last night.  The meal was excellent and it was a pleasure having you here.  Everyone enjoyed the food and the whole evening.  It has taken me a long time to give up control of my kitchen but I must say that after last night, I am definitely more willing to do it much more often!

A belated thank you for the wonderful catering you provided at our Birthday Party event.  The food was delicious and plentiful, served gracefully and with perfect timing.
We had lots of compliments, and you could  hear in peoples response how well they  enjoyed tasting the various appetizers. The dessert was a great choice  as I had feared that they would not want dessert. Thankfully I was wrong!

I wanted to thank you again for the outstanding dinner experience you and Pat provided for my father’s 80th birthday celebration last night!
We thoroughly enjoyed each of the courses which were all beautiful to look at and wonderful to taste. We loved the hors d’ouevres, the sweet potato and butternut squash soup and the smoked salmon trout salad. The beef tenderloin was so tender it practically melted in your mouth and the bourbon pecan flavour was lovely.
My dad especially enjoyed the blue cheese dressing you created for him and the freshly made horseradish was superb. The creme brulee with fresh fruit also got rave reviews!
From the planning ahead of time, with your fine-tuning the menu to our family’s needs and tastes, to the presentation the night of the event, the experience was totally positive. You and Pat were a pleasure to have and we very much appreciated your friendly service and the cleanup afterwards.
I would be very happy to recommend you to others. Thanks again for a very special dining experience!

I wanted to thank you for the wonderful food on Saturday night. We had a great time and enjoyed the experience of having you as our personal chef for the evening. Thank you so much for your lovely service, everything went well the food was good. Highly Recommeded! We are writing to let you know that our event last night with Chef Nick was fabulous. He was most creative, interesting and the results absolutely delicious. He used all kind of ingredients and combinations, some that we had set out for the event and some that he added from within our kitchen, to create a superb main course of quails stuffed with chestnuts and parsnip, finished in red wine and Calvados and doused with a jus from the quail bones, with figs. The side dishes were balsamic beets and steamed buttered potatoes, perfectly simple to accompany the complex quail dish. The presentation was also very creative and beautiful, and along with the shiitake mushroom and taro root soup with ginger and cognac finish, was a true hit. His organization and cleanliness were also something to admire, and we had a beautiful dinner for four in a couple of hours. Thank you, Nick, and thanks Chef Alliance for the occasion.
